"JNANA DARPANA COMPETITION"

On October 30, 2024, Govinda Dasa Pre-University College held Jnana Darpana 2024-2025, an inter-high school competition celebrating intellectual and cultural talents, with participation from 26 schools.
In the Vocal Vibes, a duet singing competition, Poorvi Rao and Disha K. Shetty from 10B achieved an impressive 3rd place.
Harsha and Dhanush Umesh Naik, both from 10A, showcased their talent in the Inno Lab Science Model competition, securing a 3rd prize

Sharada Mahostava

The Sharada Matra Mandali, Surathkal organised a series of Cultural Competitions on account of Sharada Mahostava. Students from various schools participated in the event, and our students from DPS MRPL School engaged in all the competitions, achieving notable success.
In the Action Song competition, Manasvi Narayana Shettigar from Class 2A secured second place.

Shree Mahaganapathi Temple Ganeshpura, Kaikamba hosted cultural competition

On September 1, 2024, Shree Mahaganapathi Temple Ganeshpura, Kaikamba hosted cultural competitions in celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi. Students from over 20 schools participated in the event, showcasing their talents across various categories. Our DPS MRPL School students excelled in multiple competitions, securing several prestigious awards.

STEM TALENT CONTEST

On September 1, 2024, the Lions Club Mangalore Lady Hill hosted a STEM Talent Contest for students in Classes 6 to 10. The event aimed to inspire and recognize excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) among young minds. The award ceremony was held on September 15, 2024, where the following students from DPS MRPL were honoured:

"Anveekshyam" AICS cultural competitions.

On July 31, 2024, Sri Dharamasthala Manjunatheshwara English Medium School, Ujire, hosted the "Anveekshyam" AICS cultural competitions, featuring participation from 33 schools. Our students achieved remarkable success:

• Poorvi Rao of 10B secured 2nd place in the singing competition (Bava Geethe).
• Diksha K. Shetty (10B), Nihal Joshua Rodrigues (10B), Faima Fathima Farhana (10A), and Vaishnavi Girish (10A) participated in the Patriotic Singing competition.
• Ayesha Riza of 10B took part in the Drawing competition.
• Mayan Pravin Shetty of 8C competed in the Mono Act competition.

Thanks to their outstanding performances, our school was awarded the overall championship in the senior category.

"Purandara Dasara Keerthana" competition.

Hosabettu Grama Sangha (R) Kulai recently held its 66th Harikeerthana Mahothsava on August 18th, during which our students participated in the "Purandara Dasara Keerthana" competition. We are thrilled to announce that our students secured top positions in the competition, which saw participation from 19 schools.

• 8th to 10th Grade Girls Category: Poorvi Rao of 10th B won 1st place.
• 2nd to 4th Grade Girls Category: Vishrutha R K of 3C won 1st place.
• 2nd to 4th Grade Boys Category: Athish Bhat of 3A won 1st place.

27.07.2024: "Sharada Mahothsava" a Multi District-level Cultural competition

On 27.07.2024 Sharada Vidyalaya conducted "Sharada Mahothsava" a Multi District-level Cultural competition in which our students participated and won 3rd place in Dasara Pada (ದಾಸರ ಪದ) Bhajan competition. A mellifluous rendition of, 'endige ninna pada Kambe Ranga (ಎಂದಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಪದ ಕಾಂಬೆ ರಂಗಾ)' written by Vyasa Thathwajna Theertharu. (ವ್ಯಾಸ ತತ್ವಜ್ಞ ತೀರ್ಥರು) captivated the audience. 24.11.2018: INTER DPS DANCE FESTIVAL, NRITYANJALI 2018:

Our school dance team participated and won the 1st prize zonal level held at 2018 in DPS Nacharam . Additionally , they were awarded with Best Synchronisation and Best Choreography. 10.08.2018: WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY:

On account of World Environment Day 2018, Vijaya Karnataka conducted District level Drawing Competition in which MOKSHITH SURESH (VII B) secured Ist place. 13.05.2018: Junior Chef Champ – 2018:

Forum Fiza Mall conducted “JUNIOR CHEF CHAMP – 2018” contest. The Selection round was held on 5th May where more than 200 Contestants prepared and presented a variety of Dishes. ZEESHAN SULAIMAN of IX C participated in the age category of 11-15yrs and was selected as one the top 15 Finalists. The Finale was held on 13th May in which ZEESHAN SULAIMAN bagged the Winning Trophy along with a Certificate of Excellence & a Gift Voucher of ` 10,000. The winners also had a Two-day Internship training at The Ocean Pearl Hotel, Mangalore on the 28 & 29 May, 2018

31.12.2018: Canara CBSE School conducted Inter School Competition in which the following students won honours:
