Vision

The DPS MRPL management believes that “true education must be life sustaining and life empowering”. We are a school with an Indian mind, an Indian heart and an Indian soul; a school that celebrates the culture of excellence and is an embodiment of values. We believe that “The source of better ideas is wisdom. The surest path to wisdom is a liberal education.” Our commitment is to nurture children so that they develop to their full potential and are equipped to face the challenges in the future creatively and confidently.

Mission

Aims at providing a positive learning environment which encourages and empowers all its members to have a highly developed sense of responsible citizenship, a deep sense of justice, an unshaken faith in secularism, an acute concern for our surroundings and an abiding belief in honesty and integrity.
It aspires to turn out individuals who are "multi-dimensional" in their interests, are excited about the pursuit of knowledge, have a broad world-view, can think out-of-the-box, and are "driven" in whatever they choose to do.
To provide learning opportunities which appeal to children's multiple intelligences and varied interests through an eclectic mix of co-curricular activities, and enable them to participate fully in the richness of school life.
To inculcate in children, the values of empathy, compassion and respect towards others and the environment, and enable them to make a positive and enduring difference to the lives of others.

Core Values

We at DPS try to instil values like honesty, friendship, love for others, unity, sharing, tolerance, through various activities conducted in school. Values are a constant part of the curriculum as children start their day with morning assemblies which include prayer and thought for the day. Young absorbent minds are the best recipients of these values, as they are so pure and unadulterated. Right values given at this early age helps to shape them into individuals and thus global citizens. Constant guidance at every step shapes up the minds of the young children.
