The Orientation Programme for parents of Grade 6 was held on June 13, 2024, at MERC, MRPL, from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. The programme began with a cordial welcome by Ms. Preethi, followed by a prayer led by Ms. Hamsini. The session was well attended, with around 40 parents participating. A brief overview of the National Education Policy (NEP), assessment patterns, health and hygiene, punctuality, values to be instilled in children and other relevant topics were presented to the parents. Ms. Namrata, counsellor and Ms. Meenakshi, Special educator briefed their roles emphasizing their commitment to the students' academic and personal growth. There was an active parent-teacher interactive session. The programme concluded with the national anthem.
